In 2006, when James and Katie Margolles were just in their early 20s, they started a small water purification business out of their garage in the Florida Keys. They were passionate about the environment and wanted to provide a service that would help people in their community while also promoting sustainability by reducing plastic water bottles commonly found in offices.
